Peggy started quilting in 1984, her first quilt was a hand pieced and hand quilted. She has pieced numerous types of quilts, her current favorite is modern quilting. She has won several awards including first place at the Minnesota Quilters Show, recently for Exemplary Machine Quilting-Digitized at the Arizona Quilters Guild Show,and first place at the Minnesota State Fair.
She has had an extensive and successful career in interior design, showcasing her skill for color and design selection. Peggy utilizes this experience in her complimentary consultations to help you achieve your quilting vision.
Peggy lives in Eden Prairie with her husband, Rick, and dog, Cappy. She’s a busy grandma with three adult children and four grandsons and two grandaughters; my grandchildren are the love of my life.
Prairie Point Quilting began because Peggy has a passion for quilting and design and sharing her vision with others. Peggy looks forward to each project and enjoys working with her clients to achieve the best possible result in a cost effective manner.
